Cancellation and Refund Policy

– A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 75% must be paid no later than 60 days before the tour’s start date.

– Cancellation charges will be applied based on the number of days prior to the tour’s start date.

– Refund processing may take up to 10 working days. Refunds will be credited directly to the bank account or processed via Razorpay.
